  1. It’s 500 grams of octapus (cut in meduim pieces).
  2. You need 1 of carrot.
  3. Prepare 1 of zuchini.
  4. It’s 1 of onion (white or red).
  5. It’s 2 of tomatos.
  6. You need 1 pinch of fresh herbs (basilicum, thym, mint etc).
  7. It’s 300 grams of fresh spinach.

  1. All the ingridients has to be chopped in meduim pieces..
  2. Put the cutted octapus in a pan in meduim fire and let there for 20minutes. add also a bit of vinegar (any kind)..
  3. Take two pieces of aluminuim foil, make it like a sheet and on the top of it put a piece of baking paper. There, in the middle of the baking paper, add all the vegetables except the spinach..
  4. Then add the octapus..
  5. Put the spinach into a pan for 5 min and let it take out all the luquids..
  6. In this food we don’t need any liquid into the baking paper. So, be sure that when you put the octapus and the spinach they have no liquid..
  7. Add the spinach, the herbs, and black pepper. (you can also add seeds from mustard or chilly).
  8. close the baking paper like a present, then close also the aluminuim foil around it. (pictures).
  9. Cook for 3 hours (more or less) in 200degrees..
  10. if you like you can serve it with rice or pasta!.
